What to Expect
Private Sound Therapy sessions typically range between 60-75 mins, and is usually conducted in a safe & comfortable space.
Here is an example of a 4-week private sound therapy programme flow:
Requirements gathering before the first session using a detailed intake form, to understand your needs, check existing medical conditions & contradictions, and curate the most suitable solution accordingly.
Personalised sound healing using instruments such as Tuning Forks, Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Drums and more. Instruments will be selected based on the desired healing outcome.
Personalised recommendations will be provided at the end of each session on how you can continue to improve your health at home
Continuous adjustments based on the feedback, improvements and observations from previous sessions.
Final integration in the last therapy session to fully integrate the healing results from previous sessions
Trial Session (45 mins)
If you have not tried sound healing before, a private trial session is a good starting point. During this session, we will work on one area of your concern (e.g. sleep problem, emotional regulation, etc.) using a variety of instruments, so that you can experience how it feels like to receive sound healing, and provide feedback on your preferred types of the sounds, so that we can adjust for upcoming therapy sessions.
Almost all private therapy customers are able to feel the effect after the first session. However, as private session requirements are usually a lot more complex, it is recommended to attend at least 4 sessions (once every 1-2 weeks) to achieve the desired healing outcome.
Location
I work with a few studios to host my sessions to ensure there is a private & comfortable space catered for you. These studios are strategically located in different parts of Singapore, and I will try my best to arrange one that is closer to you.
Alternatively, you can also choose to enjoy it remotely (via Zoom) from the comfort of your own home.
